The OODA (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act) Loop, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and You - When Do Humans Become Obsolete? Panelists Identify and discuss the technology markers and capabilities which may signal that humans have become too slow to compete. Can humans disrupt the cycle? The panel will distinguish between the SF ideal of true sentience and the contemporary standard of expert systems. Gerald Hall, moderator.
