With the increase in space tourism, along with the likelihood of future long-duration missions (ex: Mars), how space environment affects the body and how medical conditions that people have can be affected by that environment pose interesting questions. This talk focuses on the aspects of human physiology that are affected by the environment and touches on common medical conditions that might interact with space in ways most people wouldn't consider.
